New Opportunity: Senior Employment Associate (6+ PQE) - Reading
Our client, a Chambers-ranked Legal 100 firm renowned for employment law, is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Associate to join their Reading team due to growth.
Role Overview:
* Support a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* Manage and mentor junior team members (preferable).
* Support partners across all offices, primarily based in Reading.
Candidate Profile:
* 6-9 years PQE with experience in employer, HR support, and senior executive matters.
* High visibility role with responsibilities in business development and client relations.
* Experience advising on employment contracts, policies, disputes, and tribunal work.
Team & Practice:
The team advises on employment contracts, policies, restructuring, redundancies, severance, disputes, and discrimination issues. They handle tribunal and High Court litigation and work with a range of clients including FTSE 350 companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high-net-worth individuals.
