We hold daily clinical debriefs, monthly practice meetings, and regular away days to foster learning, reflection, and team cohesion.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a GP who:
* Is GMC registered and on the GP Register
* Adapts well to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Works efficiently within a busy practice setting
* Is confident and competent with IT systems (including SystmOne, MS Teams, digital triage and remote consultations)
* Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
