You\'ll support him in staying engaged and confident and help create a sense of stability as he moves into adult life.
Responsibilities
* Support a friendly and thoughtful young man during his two-day-per-week placement at Chalk Farm.
* Be calm under pressure and comfortable working 1:1.
* Help manage his routine and ensure he gets the most out of his experience.
* Support him to stay engaged and confident and help create a sense of stability as he moves into adult life.
Qualifications
* Kind, reliable person to support a friendly and thoughtful young man
* Someone calm under pressure and comfortable working 1:1
* Experience in support or care is welcome but not essential; we value the right attitude and life experience
* Confidence to use initiative while following guidance; respectful of the employer\'s privacy and confidentiality
* Reliable with good timekeeping
* Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
* Honest and cheerful
