We have multiple positions available, full, and part time. Driving licence is deseriable but not essential.

You will work as part of the care team providing a high-quality care to the service users Ensuring person-centred and holistic practice is maintained at all times.
We are looking for:
* Previous experience working in the health care industry and experience working with similar service users is an advantage, but full training will be given.
* Experience taking care of adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs is desirable, but we will provide bespoke training.
* Caring and compassionate personality, with a passion to help others.
* Excellent communication and listening ability.
* Organized, tenacious and pays attention to detail.
* The ability to remain calm when working in a fast-paced environment.
* Initiative to work alone, but also a team player.
Key Duties will include:
* Analytical, capable of dealing with complexity and multi-tasking
* To support people in activities of daily living, looking after their health needs, including attend appointments with service users when required
* To continually assess the needs and abilities of the service users and to support change in same.
* To provide structure and routine for the service users, considering individual needs, and promote dignity, independence and choice at all times
* To follow, where in place, a personalised behavioural programme, that may involve restrictive practices, or adversely reward programmes.
* To assist in the planning of activities, and to implement same into daily life
* To assist the resident to maintain social, recreational, cultural and religious links through daily living activities, inside and outside the home and in the community
* Be responsible for maintaining accurate records, keeping in line with group policies and procedures.
* Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, regarding the care of the service users or any new information that needs to be made known to staff.
* To carry out domestic duties including laundry and food preparation.
* To be prepared to stay on site during inclement weather.
* To report and record all contacts made with MDT and relatives accordingly.
