We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom/Business Manager or and individual looking to make the next move in their career to help lead our showroom operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
Job Description:
As the Automotive Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Team Leadership:
o Provide coaching and support to motivate and maximize the team's potential.
o Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
* Customer Experience:
o Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom.
o Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
o Foster positive customer relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals.
o Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Inventory Management:
o Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available vehicles.
o Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper vehicle display and pricing.
o Oversee vehicle merchandising and presentation in the showroom.
* Compliance and Administration:
o Ensure compliance with all automotive industry regulations and dealership policies.
o Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, financing, and warranties.
Requirements;
* Proven experience in automotive sales or showroom management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products.
* Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
* Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
