Factory Operative Medway (must have own transport due to limited public transport routes) Monday to Friday 48 hours per week (Early Finish Every Friday!) We’re supporting a well-established company in the Rochester area that’s looking to grow their team with a dependable and hardworking Factory Operative. This is a varied, physical role based in a busy production environment, where you'll be primarily shot blasting and supporting the wider team with general manufacturing and fettling tasks. What You’ll Be Doing: Operate machinery including pattern injection, soluble injection, wax extruder, and band saw. Carry out production tasks such as wax inspection, kitting, and manual handling. Use touch screen booking systems and complete job cards accurately. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping at all times. Work in line with risk assessments, safe systems of work, and PPE requirements.
