Base pay range
The Package
* 5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays rising to 6 weeks with length of service.
* An additional ‘Day for You’, a paid day’s leave for you to use as you wish.
* Clinical CPD: £1,500 per year plus 3 days’ paid leave

Job Description
Our Client is a corporately owned practice looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team based in Greater Manchester.
This is a full-time position, offering 39 hours per week across 4 days with a fair share of weekends. There are no OOH requirements, providing a great work-life balance.
The team currently consists of 8 vets, supported by 7 receptionists and an admin team, ensuring that clinical staff can focus on delivering quality patient care. The practice holds silver cat-friendly accreditation and has recently undergone a full refurbishment, creating a bright and modern working environment.
The role will involve providing exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures, preparing accurate treatment and care plans, and communicating clearly with clients. The Veterinary Surgeon will also contribute to clinical leadership, support and mentor colleagues, and be involved in ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered, confident in sole charge, and able to demonstrate leadership and teamwork. They should also have experience in delivering high standards of care to both patients and clients.
Equipment includes digital x-ray, in-house blood machines, multiparameter monitoring, dental suite, orthopaedic and soft tissue theatres, and separate dog and cat wards and waiting areas.
