Product Visionary: Head of eCommerce
This role is responsible for leading product thinking across the full eCommerce life cycle and taking ownership of our digital commerce strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:
1. Ecommerce Product Strategy: Define and own the ecommerce product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
2. New Platform Features: Lead delivery and discovery of all new platform features.
3. Integration: Ensure integration is seamless with internal systems (CRM, payments, ERP, and provisioning).
4. Customer Journey: Own the full customer journey, from browsing to checkout, management, and onboarding.
5. Compliance Readiness: Monitor compliance readiness, operational metrics, and platform health.
6. Communication: Communicate with stakeholders.
7. Accountability: Be the single point of accountability for ecommerce outcomes.
Requirements:
* Strong experience of product management (specifically on eCommerce platforms, including core transactional infrastructure)
* Proven success in leading end-to-end product strategies that drive growth and customer engagement
* Excellent communication, hands-on leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Full understanding of eCommerce architecture
* Excellent product judgment backed by a data-led mindset
