YOUR MISSION
* Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, expense control, and excellent customer service.
* Maintain high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
* Spend 90% of working time on the sales floor engaging with customers, selling, and coaching staff.
* Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing staff.
* Manage payroll and scheduling to maintain profitability while providing excellent service.
* Oversee Loss Prevention education and ensure operational compliance.
* Achieve inventory and shrinkage goals.
* Communicate merchandise opportunities to the team.
* Participate in new store openings or closings; travel may be required.
* Ensure visual standards are maintained according to guidelines.
* Maintain the store's physical condition and communicate maintenance needs.
* Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
YOUR TALENT
* 1-2 years management experience in a customer-focused retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear, with a results-driven record.
* Ability to exceed sales goals, manage payroll, hire, train, and develop staff, and communicate effectively.
