We’re looking for
a talented Payroll Administrator to join us on a permanent basis, based at our site in Burton Latimer.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Processing of weekly payroll on T&A and creation and submission of SSL
2. Processing of the Agency hours on the Neuven system
3. Weekly and monthly correction report checking
4. Maintaining the hour input sheet
5. Creating new weekly/monthly sheets
6. Adding new starters, removing leavers
7. Daily clearing of exceptions in T&A
8. Weekly payroll data reporting
9. Processing monthly payroll on T&A and SSLs
10. Maintaining the T&A system :
11. Maintaining shift patterns and assigning clock cards
12. Maintaining the trackers for sites
13. Adding new starters, removing leavers
14. Checking allowances
15. Ensuring all sickness and absences are recorded
16. Calculating holiday entitlements for leavers to be paid/recouped
17. Maintaining the SICK trackers for sites
18. Adding new starters, removing leavers
19. Checking allowances and mentoring entitlements manually for TUPE employees
20. Ordering and recording of uniform and stationary
21. Creation of purchase orders in Coupa and SAP
22. Dealing with any pay queries
23. Supporting the HR Advisor if required, ie note taking
