Cluster Meeting & Events Executive
£29,000 plus tronc / 40 hours per week. Permanent position. Malmaison Reading & Hotel du Vin Henley on Thames
Responsibilities
A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the Meeting & Events across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Reading & Henley. Handling inbound enquiries and ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all events taking place across Malmaison Reading and Hotel Du Vin Henley on Thames. This role is perfect for somebody looking to step up from a single site M&E Executive role. You will be assisting the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and driving catering revenue and working to optimize client relationships and relationships with other key managers across the two hotels.
Qualifications
Experience of working in a similar property would be beneficial. A positive personality and the ability to think on your feet is essential. You should be an organised self‑starter with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
