We’re looking for a commercially driven and organised Small Works Account Manager to join our growing sales team, focused on residential retrofit projects, system change-outs, and maintenance packages across London and the South East.

What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B/B2C sales, ideally within fire, security, or data sectors
* Strong knowledge of residential environments, including retrofit upgrades, partial replacements, and change-out projects
* Proven experience in conducting detailed site surveys and generating quotations
* Commercially savvy with a strong ability to build long-term customer relationships and upsell services
* Experience handing over jobs to project teams and coordinating with engineers
* Confident promoting and closing ongoing maintenance/service contracts
* Self-motivated with strong diary and pipeline management skills
* Comfortable selling in live, occupied housing environments
* Proficient in CRM platforms and quoting tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Full UK Driving License

Uncapped commission based on individual performance

40 hours per week | Mon–Fri | 8am–5pm
20 days annual leave (rising to 25 after 5 years) + bank holidays
