Team Leader - Field Services

About the Role
* Lead a team on‑site of Assistant Field Service Technicians or Field Service Technicians, ensuring quality work and health & safety compliance.
* Work safely and effectively as part of a one, two or three‑person crew installing and maintaining equipment on‑site, diagnosing problems and taking appropriate action with minimal supervision.
* Provide feedback to managers for performance reviews and project improvements.
* Take ownership of designated Field Services health and safety tasks.
* Train and support Assistants and Technicians on the job.
* Safely operate and maintain company vehicles; report defects promptly.
* Complete all site works to client satisfaction.
* Clean, secure and care for company vehicles, tools and equipment.
* Handle loading/unloading materials safely with a high regard for health & safety.
* Follow all company health & safety policies, RAMS and wear correct PPE.
* Engage with clients on‑site to communicate progress and offer support.
* Share feedback and ideas with supervisors for continuous improvement.
About You
* Proven experience in a similar field‑based or technical role is essential.
* Strong understanding of the water and wastewater industry is advantageous.
* Ability to use a range of hand tools to install, maintain and troubleshoot monitoring equipment.
* Professional, approachable, and positive “can‑do” attitude.
* Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed and deliver high‑quality work.
* Customer‑focused with a commitment to right‑first‑time delivery.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK is essential.
