IT Helpdesk - First Line Support!
Location: Farnborough
Contract Type: Temporary - Full time - On Site
Start Date: ASAP - ongoing
Rate: 13.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
1. Provide friendly, first-class support to staff and students via phone, email, and in-person.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues with a smile!
3. Assist users with software and hardware inquiries.
4. Document problems and resolutions in our ticketing system.
5. Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and enhance user experience.
What We're Looking For:
6. A positive attitude and a knack for customer service.
7. Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.
8. Excellent communication skills - you'll be the friendly face of IT!
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.
10. A desire to learn and grow in the tech field.
