This role is ideal for asenior MSP engineerwho enjoys being close to customers and wants to step into a leadership position while remaining technically hands-on.
The Role
Approximately60% of this role will be spent on client sites, providing senior-level engineering support, technical oversight, and acting as a trusted escalation point. The remainder of the role will focus on leadership, service improvement, and building out the engineering function.
