Competitive Salary – £37,441 Stable Shifts – Rotating pattern (6am-2pm Mon-Fri / 2pm-12am Mon-Thurs)
Your Role:
* Set and operate CNC turning machines to manufacture precision-engineered components
* Program or partially program CNC machines as required
* Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal output
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
* Work closely with production teams to achieve performance targets
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a CNC Setter or Programmer, this is not just an operator role and you must be able to Set or Program Citizen machines.
* Ability to set CNC machines to tight tolerances
* A strong track record in a similar role
