Description
Salary £40,000 to £45,000 per year plus, 34 days leave, inclusive of bank holidays and a health cash plan saving you over £1140 a year
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), with hybrid working

What you’ll do
1. Survey homes and planned works to spot issues early and keep quality high
2. Manage site safety checks and make sure contractors follow the right controls
3. Update systems with accurate data so we can plan programmes and understand stock
4. Give clear technical advice to colleagues, contractors and customers
5. Build strong working relationships that help work run smoothly from start to finish

You have
6. Building surveying experience and can assess property condition issues
7. Hold HNC, HND or degree in surveying
8. Knowledge of repairs, construction and CDM
9. Experience managing contractors and delivering safe, quality work
10. Strong skills in producing clear technical reports for different audiences.

11. You’ll work Monday to Friday
12. You’ll work core hours between 9 and 5 with flexibility built in
13. We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our office, with the rest working from home
14. You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage
15. You need a basic DBS check that we pay for
