Based in Oxford, you will oversee complex adult care packages in the community while working Monday to Friday with no nights or weekends.
As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will have genuine ownership of your caseload and the authority to make sound clinical decisions. The role balances hands‑on nursing oversight with leadership responsibility, supported by a hybrid structure that includes one day per week working from home.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead care delivery and maintain high clinical standards.
* Manage and review bespoke care packages for adults with complex needs.
* Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.
* Lead, train, and support carers delivering care in the community.
* Work collaboratively with CHC nurses, commissioners, and MDT partners.
About You
* Registered General Nurse with a current NMC PIN.
* Recent hands‑on experience with tracheostomy care and ventilated patients.
* Experience working at Band 5 or Band 6 level in community or complex care.
