Hours
Tuesday 8:00 am – 1:15 pm, Wednesday 1:45 pm – 6:30 pm, Thursday 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm, Friday 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm. These hours are fixed; additional time may be required to cover holidays but will be planned in advance.
Responsibilities
* Greeting visitors to the surgery
* Adding new patient records
* Opening and sorting the surgery’s post
Qualifications
Approachable and outgoing, capable of coping under pressure. Computer literate, as a high volume of work will be computer-based. Previous reception or administration experience required.
Part‑time Receptionist (20 hours per week) at a busy doctors’ practice in Gloucester. Pay: £12.71 per hour. Temporary, with possibility to become permanent.
