The Role
Reporting directly to the COO and based in the office, a summary of the four pillars of the role is as follows:
Supply chain & Production Oversee the end to end lifecycles, from procurement and manufacturing to the global shipping of thousands of devices annually
Customer Support Lead the small technical support team to deliver customer excellence, ensuring seamless onboarding and proactive in-life support
IT Empower the team with the tools they need to stay productive. Youll own the ISO27001 certification and responsibility for digital security
Facilities & Compliance Act as guardian of quality and safety standards, maintaining ISO9001 and ISO45001.
