* Carry out shot blasting on mild steel and stainless to remove rust, old coatings, and surface contaminants.
* Prepare products for painting and coating, ensuring surfaces are properly cleaned and profiled.
* Work with a range of materials, including stainless steel, mild steel.
* Operate blast pots, air compressors, and other blasting equipment efficiently and safely.
* Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
* Maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
* Work towards production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
* Previous experience in shot blasting within a commercial manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of abrasive blasting techniques and materials.
* Ability to handle and operate blasting equipment safely.
* Experience working with industrial coatings is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* FLT license would be advantageous
* Dayshift: Monday - Friday, 07:30 AM - 4: PM
* Pay Rate: Dependant on experience.
