To achieve this, we are expanding our technical team and seeking experienced mechanical and/or electrical technicians to join our operations in Hampshire.
We have an excellent working environment, working as part of a small/succinct team of technicians.
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced technicians with experience in maintaining and repairing a range of vehicles-including aircraft, light vehicles, HGV's and mobile plant for both military/civilian applications. The role involves working an early and late days shift pattern on a 35 hour week, carrying out general examination work, maintenance, and repairs on diesel/electric locomotives, freight wagons and their heavy components, with a combination of electrical and mechanical activities.
* Salary: Basic earnings of £36,099.00 per annum, with overtime opportunities allowing earnings of over £40,000 per annum.
* The role is mobile and will operate between our Depots in Didcot and Southampton, a vehicle and tools are provided to undertake the role
In addition we offer a class leading benefits package which includes 33 days leave allowance and ultimately an enhanced pension plan
We are looking for Technically astute team players that live between Didcot and Southampton and are working hours flexible. Technicians operate a 2 shift system, earlies and lates
