You will manage a varied caseload of credit hire and PI matters, handling files from inception through to settlement or trial. The role offers a strong mix of litigated and pre-litigated work, with autonomy and support where needed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a caseload of credit hire and personal injury claims
* Handling matters through all stages of litigation
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
* Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in credit hire and/or PI
* Confident handling litigated files independently
