In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the commercial function across multiple projects, managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, and ensuring the successful commercial delivery of fit outs, refurbishments, and complex cut-and-carve schemes up to circa £20m. This is a chance to step into a leadership role where your expertise will directly influence project success and support the continued growth of a respected contractor. What You’ll Be Doing * Commercial leadership of multiple live projects across London * Manage and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, driving best practice * Lead procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor negotiations * Oversee CVRs, cash flow, forecasting, and reporting to the Commercial Director * Implement robust cost control and risk management strategies * Lead change management and oversee final accounts * Work closely with project delivery and client teams to ensure successful outcomes What We’re Looking For * Proven track record as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS in fit out/refurbishment * Experience delivering commercial office or life sciences projects (CAT A & B, cut and carve, refurbishments) * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor commercial teams * Excellent contract knowledge (JCT preferred) and financial acumen * Ability to influence and lead within a high-performing environment What’s on Offer * £100,000 – £120,000 salary package * Market-leading benefits and discretionary bonus * Career-defining opportunity to lead commercial delivery in a top-tier contractor * Exposure to landmark London projects in a thriving market sector Apply to take your career to the next level
