Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the company’s technical advisor and expert on laser technologies used in industry. Collaborate with internal R&D and commercial teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology. Attend international fairs and travel to key clients in Europe. Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics, Optics, Engineering, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of optoelectronic technologies and their applications in industry. Proven experience in strategic sales or sales management within the industrial OEM. A people person with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and any other European languages is a plus. Based in the UK and available to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
