What is the job about?
As an Executive Team Support Assistant, your primary purpose is to provide high‑level support to the Leadership team, enabling them to focus on business performance. You will play a pivotal role in supporting day‑to‑day activities of the executive team, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to company processes and procedures.
What exactly will you do?
* Preparing regular refreshments and lunches for the team
* Taking and collecting orders
* Managing kitchen supplies as needed
* Personal errands for the leadership team including laundry & concierge services
* Project work for the team when required
* Handling post / couriers
* Managing personal appointments
* Making personal calls
* Meeting and greeting external visitors
* Ensure meeting rooms are tidy
* Liaising with internal or external customers, suppliers and clients
* Drive efficiencies and cost saving initiatives
* Supporting the wider Sales, People and Facilities team
* Working closely with the HR and Legal team on confidential projects
