Quantity Surveyor – Tier One Contractor Location: Kingston, London Salary: Up to £50,000 Excellent Benefits Contract Type: Permanent Sector: Social Housing Refurbishment We are currently recruiting for a highly respected tier one contractor delivering long-term, planned refurbishment works across social housing stock in Kingston. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a stable, forward-thinking business with clear routes for career progression. This role would also suit an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step up and take on greater commercial responsibility. The Role You will be commercially responsible for a portfolio of planned maintenance projects on behalf of the local authority. Works typically include internal and external refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom replacements, roofing, and other cyclical improvements to both occupied and void properties.
