Saville Medical Group is seeking a Home Visiting Practice Nurse to join our SMART Team. This is a part-time role of around 15-16 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 2 years, aimed at improving access for frail patients in the community.
The successful candidate will provide nursing care to housebound patients and assist senior nursing staff. You must have community nursing experience and a valid NMC registration, and be willing to use your own vehicle for home visits.
Professional development evidence and a DBS check will be necessary.
