Responsible to: Board Non-Executive Chair
Remuneration: £115k - £135K per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits including a car or car allowance, generous holiday allowance, 5% pension contribution, and Simplyhealth Cashplan.
Direct Reports: Office of 6 executives
