Key Responsibilities Supporting students with additional needs or SEN so they can fully access learning Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions across various subjects Assisting teaching staff with lesson delivery and adapting materials when needed Encouraging students to remain motivated, confident and engaged Using positive behaviour-management strategies to support progress Helping maintain a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment What We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs A patient, adaptable and supportive approach to learning Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply with support Why This School?
