Works Delivery Supervisor – Track
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £46,698 – 12 month secondment opportunity that may have the potential to turn permanent in the future
Hours: Days, Nights, Weekends (Safety Critical)

Are you a skilled Track professional ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a motivated Works Delivery Supervisor – Track to join our team at Eastleigh.
In this crucial position, you’ll support the Works Delivery Manager and lead safe, high, quality delivery of inspection, maintenance and renewal activities – keeping our track assets performing and our railway running reliably.

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver Safe, High Quality Track Works
* Supervise and check the quality of work to ensure full compliance with standards.
* Make sure all activities follow safe systems of work, method statements, and procedures.
Inspect, Assess & Prioritise
* Carry out inspections and track condition assessments.
* Identify arising work and prioritise tasks accordingly.
Support Planning & Delivery
* Assist in developing work plans for safe and efficient project delivery.
* Prepare work and resource specifications, including Safe System of Work Plans.
* Contribute to asset renewal proposals and resource allocation.
Maintain Records & Reporting
* Keep systems, databases and work records accurate and up to date.
* Support workforce management by monitoring safety, performance and compliance.
Your Experience And Skills
What We’re Looking For
Experience
* Supervising work sites and ensuring safe, efficient delivery of track activities.
Knowledge
* Track inspection, maintenance, renewals, and asset condition assessment techniques.
* Understanding of standards, procedures, and cost control principles.
Skills
* Strong communicator and team leader.
* Confident coaching, influencing and developing others.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) preferred, or relevant industry experience.
Driving
* Full driving licence and willingness to drive vehicles as required.
