What the Solar PV Electrician will be doing: Installing, testing, and commissioning domestic and commercial solar PV systems Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings Handling DC and AC circuits, inverters, isolators, and fault-finding Working with remote monitoring systems, data loggers, and mobile apps Following strict health and safety protocols, including RAMS and DNO requirements Reporting and escalating faulty equipment or installations where needed Travelling to sites regionally or nationally, depending on project scope Performing all aspects of electrical work in line with UK building regulations The Solar PV Electrician will need: Time-served apprenticeship and/or full electrical qualifications 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (Essential) Recognised Solar PV qualification (City & Guilds 2399, LCL Awards Level 3, or BPEC) Experience in solar PV or wider renewable...
