Overview
We are looking for a senior team member to work alongside our Head Chef. We want someone who is highly productive, reliable and pro‑active. A good command of English is a must as there will be allergy diets to prepare for.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside and support the Head Chef.
* Prepare specialty diet items, including allergy‑specific menus.
* Perform administrative duties when covering for the Executive Chef (full training provided).
* Maintain high standards of food production and kitchen workflow.
* Produce regular meals such as lunches, puddings and tea items.
* Optionally receive training to conduct disciplinary hearings and handle staff issues.
* Participate in a one‑day trial shift (paid) to assess fit.
Requirements
* Previous catering experience is essential.
* Good command of English.
* Fast learner, proactive, reliable and productive.
