Tennial Personnel are seeking two experienced and motivated Night Shift Hygiene Operative Team Leaders to join our clients team. You will be responsible for leading a small team of hygiene operatives to ensure all cleaning activities are completed to the highest standards, supporting food safety, and maintaining compliance with out clients company and customer requirements.duties will include Carrying out cleaning tasks as outlined in Cleaning Instruction Cards and work schedules.you will have the ability to Lead and support a team of hygiene operatives. Adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures.Perform daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning of machinery and production areas. Dismantle equipment for thorough deep cleaning.Safely handle and work with cleaning chemicals.Complete and maintain all required documentation and sign-offs.Provide cover for holidays and absences. Work closely with the Hygiene Manager and Hygiene Supervisor to drive continuous improvement and maintain high factory standards. you will be Self-motivated and reliable.
