What's involved with this role: Job Title: Business Administrator Ref: Cheshire E 5269383 Pay rate: £13.26 per hour PAYE The role: On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Administrator to coordinate and undertake administrative support to the Pan-Cheshire Child Death Overview Panel and its eCDOP database. Key responsibilities: Coordinate agendas, reports, venues, minutes, attendance, action plans, and admin for the Pan-Cheshire Child Death Overview Panel to ensure smooth, timely operations Manage the eCDOP database daily: handle notifications, request agency reports, monitor deadlines, update records, and submit data to national databases Support the Chair in compiling the annual report for partners and strategic boards Liaise with panel members and partners; create data reports and visualizations on request Organise panel events such as groups, conferences and development days, including orientations for new members Oversee team admin systems, handle calls and emails, prioritise enquiries, and maintain efficient communication and filing What the client is looking for: NVQ Level 2 in Business Admin or equivalent knowledge Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality Understanding of admin processes and procedures and meeting organisation Awareness of financial processing Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and escalate Resilient with handling sensitive information professionally Accurate minute-taking and action plan updating skills Clear verbal and written communication skills for varied audiences Strong attention to detail, producing high-quality reports Committed to delivering excellent customer service Willing to travel across Cheshire East as needed Please quote the Job Title & Vacancy Reference No. in your application, or we will be unable to match your CV to the role being applied for.
