Offer description

Who We Are
Limesharp is a digital commerce agency built around design, branding, and customer experience. We work with some of the world's most exciting brands, helping them craft distinctive digital identities and grow their businesses online.

The Role
We are looking for a Research Assistant to join our Strategy team on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract. This role involves supporting our Strategy team in shaping how we optimise premium digital experiences for some of the world's most respected Fashion, Lifestyle, and Luxury brands - with an emphasis on our projects' research requirements.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their strategy, research, or analytics career who is curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data. You will support in setting up and conducting research to uncover meaningful insights about customers, behaviours, site performance. You will also assist the team in turning insights into a clear direction for design and optimisation.

This role involves a wide range of supporting work within customer research and data analysis, reporting into our established CX Strategist and wider Strategy function.

What You'll Do
Research & Data
Carry out quantitative data analysis using our clients' analytical tools, looking at current brand performance, customer behaviour, and areas of opportunity for our brands across their digital commerce landscape.
Clearly communicate and present found insights to CX and CRO strategists, alongside the wider team where appropriate.
Help coordinate customer and stakeholder interviews where necessary, building interview frameworks for the CX team and client stakeholders.
Set up qualitative research methods such as On-site survey's or Customer Recording's - using tools like Hotjar, Typeform, or Userbrain.
Help review qualitative behavioural data and customer feedback to spot patterns and opportunities, synthesising findings from a range of sources into actionable insights.
Contribute to presentations, research documentation and insight reports, with an eye for detail and data accuracy.

Workshop & Presentations
Support in building presentations of data across all research-orientated projects, including brand discovery's, client workshops, and QBR's.
Help organise and maintain research assets/documentation internally.
Contribute to insight gathering for wider client presentations, supporting CX and CRO strategists with developing Quarterly Business Reviews.

Who You Are
Naturally curious and interested in how people think, behave, and shop online - particularly within digital commerce for luxury Fashion, Beauty and Retail.
Comfortable working with premium and luxury brands where tone, image, and a high level of professionalism are required.
Highly organised with large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data - particularly when working with spreadsheets and interview transcripts.
Data-confident but not data-led to a fault - You use data to inform decisions, not replace judgement.
A clear written and verbal communicator, as well as being proactive and willing to ask questions where unsure.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to question anomalies or unexpected research findings without including bias.
London-based is desirable but not essential, with ideal candidates being able to commit to a hybrid working schedule.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelors degree and exposure to research, analytics, fashion business, psychology, marketing, UX, or related fields (academic or professional) is essential.
Experience conducting or supporting research projects is highly desirable.
Confidence working with data and drawing commercially-orientated insights from it.
Experience with qualitative data analysis such as conducting interviews, interview transcripts or user recordings.
Strong ability using Excel, Google Sheets, and generally technically proficient.
Familiarity with tools like GA4, Hotjar, Userbrain, Contentsquare, or similar is a bonus.
Agency or e-commerce exposure is a plus but not essential.
Proven background or interest in fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands is a strong advantage.

Why This Role at Limesharp
Work on high-quality digital experiences for leading Fashion, Lifestyle, and Luxury brands.
Gain hands-on experience contributing to real commercial research and CX strategy projects
Learn directly from experienced designers, strategists in a collaborative agency environment.

Working with a highly talented, creatively driven team.

Regular team social events.
Early finish Friday.
