Your role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm smile.
- Managing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Handling inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support our team.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
- Hospitality: setting up meeting rooms, replenishing food, tea and coffee in rooms, and restocking tea/coffee stations.

- A People Person: Friendly demeanour and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to juggle various tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and tackle new challenges.
- Experience: Previous reception or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
