Organised, proactive, detail orientated? We are looking for an experienced property professional to join of one of our highest performing teams as a Sales Progressor! As a Sales Progressor you will manage your own personal portfolio of properties and be responsible for progressing the property and managing customer expectations through to completion. The role involves regular communication and updates with buyers, sellers, their solicitors and any other party involved in the process to pre-empt issues, resolve delays, and keep all parties updated. You will play a vital role in some of our customer's biggest moments in their lives. As a Sales Progressor you will: Understand the buying a house process from start to finish and be the point of contact for your customers Receive fully packaged files from the team from your branch Introduce yourself to clients when they have agreed a sale Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the home buying process Follow up with all parts of the chain to ensure things are progressing in the quickest possible time Upsell financial services/solicitors/ surveys to support customers on their journey Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion Ensure that our customers are given the highest level of service possible at all times Completion Forecasting Who are we looking for?
