Role Description
The role involves supporting with mobility using hoists, and prior experience with spinal cord injuries, suprapubic catheter and autism is required. The client enjoys fitness activities, particularly gym workouts, and staff may also be asked to travel with the client for rehabilitation or leisure. This is a full time position, days and nights are available.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience in providing personal care and support
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence
* Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
* Prior experience in spinal cord injuries is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
* Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide emotional support
* Minimum of 6 months of current experience in a healthcare setting in the UK.
