RWK Goodman’s Construction & Engineering team is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Construction & Engineering Associate / Senior Associate to join us. You’ll work on high quality, non-contentious construction matters across development, infrastructure and energy projects throughout the UK, advising funders, developers and contractors at every stage of the supply chain. You’ll advise on a broad range of construction contracts with a focus on JCT and NEC forms, managing projects from instruction through to delivery.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and collaboration. You’ll run matters with appropriate supervision, build strong client relationships from the offset and play an active part in the continued growth of the team and the firm. You’ll also be fully integrated into our plans for business development, including profile raising and networking activities.
What we’re looking for
* A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 PQE specialising in non-contentious construction law (we’re also open to speaking to lawyers with a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience that are looking to move into a fully non-contentious role).
* Confidence handling matters and building client relationships
* A genuine interest in construction and the wider built environment
* A collaborative team player who shares our values and approach
* An interest in sector specialisms such as real estate, energy, infrastructure or health (desirable)
