8. Drive Agile Excellence - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote Agile principles, and optimise team performance.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Delivery Manager should look like:
1. Proven Expertise - 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Delivery using Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
2. Thrives Under Pressure - Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus and efficiency.
3. Strategic Problem-Solving - Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.
4. Inspirational Leadership - Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
