Key Responsibilities:
* Implement evidence-based interventions based on ABA principles as directed by a BCBA.
* Collect and record accurate data on client progress during therapy sessions.
* Assist in the development and updating of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
* Foster a positive learning environment to promote client engagement and learning.
* Teach and reinforce communication, social, and functional life skills.
* Conduct therapy sessions in various environments, including home, school, and community settings.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
* Participate in regular team meetings, training, and supervision sessions.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
* RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
* Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities is an asset.
* Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if sessions are conducted in multiple locations).
