They're now looking for a Lighting Technician to support their projects across the UK.
The role will involve a mix of installation, maintenance, and operational support, working both independently and as part of a wider technical team.
Key Responsibilities of the Lighting Technician: Install, maintain and operate professional lighting systems with travel to client sites as required.
Supporting lighting installations from planning through testing and client handover Programming and operating lighting control systems where required Assisting with live events and productions when needed Working closely with colleagues and clients to meet technical requirements Completing clear, accurate documentation and handovers Skills and Experience required: Proven experience working as a Lighting Technician in theatre, entertainment venues, or technical installations Confident with industry-standard lighting equipment and control systems Practical understanding of power distribution, DMX/data networks and fault-finding Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently on solo tasks Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner Flexible, solutions-focused attitude with a commitment to high standards Full UK driving licence (preferred) Desirable (Not Essential): Experience with architectural or installed lighting systems Basic knowledge of sound or AV systems Rigging and working-at-height experience Relevant industry qualifications or training What's on offer Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year (depending on experience) Company pension and bonus scheme Free onsite parking at our Witham base All meals provided when staying away for work Casual dress code with branded uniform provided Friendly, supportive team environment Opportunities to work on a wide range of lighting projects across the UK Average 40 per week (flexibility required depending on project needs) What's next? xxuwjjq If you're looking for a hands-on Lighting Technician role, apply now with your CV for immediate consideration.
