About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join a growing team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 6 months' experience in a similar role who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
* Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
* Conducting searches and handling post-completion matters
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
* Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required
Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months' experience in a residential conveyancing or similar legal support role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
