A Delivery/Change Manager is needed to make a tangible impact in a business undergoing digital transformation. You’ll be the eyes and ears of the leadership team, helping to shape the future of a platform that supports thousands of service operations, ensuring it’s fit for purpose and embraced by its users.
This is a strategic contract opportunity within a fast-evolving internal product team within a field services and logistics business. This contract role is ideal for a Senior Delivery or Change professional who thrives in complex operational environments and can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
As a Delivery/Change Manager - your focus will be on diagnosing delivery issues, supporting the team, and ensuring the platform meets the needs of its internal users—primarily field operatives and operational managers.
💰 Up to £800/Day Outside IR35
📑 6 months rolling contract
📍 3 days per week onsite - Scotland
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a conduit between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
* Assess current delivery challenges and identify root causes—whether technical, operational, or strategic.
* Support and coach the internal product team, helping them mature their delivery practices and stakeholder engagement.
* Engage with senior leadership to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities.
* Drive adoption of the new platform across operational teams, ensuring it meets business needs and delivers value.
* Provide hands-on support across product, delivery, and change functions as needed
Ideal Profile:
* 10+ years’ experience in roles spanning delivery management, product ownership, and business change.
* Proven track record working within internal product teams.
