Role Summary
The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service by liaising with clients, confirming requirements, and developing strong relationships. Responsibilities include inputting data into our CRM system, sourcing equipment, coordinating with colleagues on work schedules, and providing technical advice. The role also involves proactive sales activities to generate new business and supporting the team to meet KPIs and customer SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through technical advice and sourcing equipment.
2. Accurately process orders within the CRM system, ensuring system updates for efficient operations.
3. Develop technical knowledge of our product range through ongoing training.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements and support team members.
5. Work towards team and individual KPIs and customer SLAs.
6. Prioritize safety by adhering to company policies and reporting near misses.
7. Perform any other duties relevant to the role.

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
