Job Description: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED BX2 are currently looking for a Trainee Warehouse Admin for one of our clients in Hyde SK14. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Customer Requirements * Requesting booking dates from customers where applicable. * Create pack lists from Visual or in excel where applicable. * Creating Export documentation ie customs invoices, COO Certificates, AT-R Certificates, EUR1 Certificates. * Keep abreast of changes to customer delivery requirements. * Carriers * Creating carrier labels where applicable. * Provide and arrange quotes for transport costs as when required. * Liaise with carriers with regard to track & trace. * Create carrier manifests. * Chase carriers for shipping certificates, export entry documents or entry numbers. * Requesting POD’s * Filing * Collect all picking slips of daily dispatches from packing stations. * Organise picking slips into relevant categories. * For Key Account customers – ensure we file both a hard copy and a copy in the Key Account server (documents filed include Picking Ticket, Pack List, Sales Invoice, G.I.T if applicable and POD). * For Export customers – ensure we file both hard copy and a copy in the Export server (documents filed include Picking Ticket, Pack List, Sales Invoice, customs invoice, air/sea waybill, shipping certificates, export entry document or entry number, G.I.T if applicable and POD). * Archiving of UK orders. * Communication * Liaise with UK Customers on booking requests, paperwork, shipping issues. * Liaise with Hyde Customer Service Department with regard to shipping requests, quotes, queries, POD’s etc. * Liaise with internal staff at Hyde and Newton on shipping/despatch queries or requests. * Keep abreast of changes to legislation * Ensure Compliance with Employee Handbook, ISO procedures. * Take responsibility for contributing to own training and development.
