Position Summary
We are looking for a number of Team Players to join a small but busy team responsible for the strip and maintenance of Rolling Stock Doors systems. Working a day shift within the heart of the Client's Site, the role will involve install, maintenance and repair systems across a range of train classes.
Person Profile/Experience:
You will be hands on, competent and confident on the tools and be capable of working to engineering drawings and schematics
You will be physically fit and healthy
Due to the nature of the work/role, an appreciation of H&S at work is essential, plus in line with Rail Industry Protocols there is a zero policy re being under the influence of Drugs & Alcohol whilst at work. Regular random checks are carried out to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2/3 in a mechanical fitting skill set desirable
Experience supersedes all
