We are seeking a Senior KYC Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team in London, supporting large-scale KYC projects. The role involves processing KYC files, conducting end-to-end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews across various jurisdictions and entity types, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client procedures. Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform remediation, onboarding, and periodic KYC reviews.
2. Understand and apply AML policies, identifying requirements and updating client information.
3. Gather and analyze KYC documentation to identify gaps.
4. Source data from approved public sources following policies.
5. Construct comprehensive KYC files.
6. Serve as a go-to expert for complex files and structures.
7. Keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
8. Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
9. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary information.
10. Conduct screening checks for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
11. Identify and address blockers to KYC completion.
Requirements:
1. Extensive AML/KYC due diligence experience.
2. Knowledge of global AML/KYC regulations and guidelines.
3. Experience with end-to-end client onboarding processes.
4. Proficiency in performing due diligence on various corporate entities worldwide.
5. Experience with PEPs, sanctions, and negative media screening.
6. Knowledge of AML typologies and red flags.
7. Ability to handle complex information with high attention to detail.
8. Proactive, fast learner with a sense of urgency.
9. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and accountability skills.
10. Flexible and adaptable approach.
11. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
12. Ability to learn multiple IT systems.
13. Experience in consulting, service provision, investment, or corporate banking environments.
