THE ROLE
Marketing Executive
We're excited to speak with those that have a passion for marketing and can bring a growth mindset to
our team of 5. You've already cut your teeth in B2B marketing, and are looking for a springboard to your
career with an exciting SaaS FinTech.
This position would be an ideal opportunity for anyone wishing to take their previous marketing
knowledge or experience to join a revenue-growth generating team. This role is all about delivering
brilliant campaigns that drives pipeline in our prospect base and cross-selling into our client book of
business.
We are looking for an individual with a solid understanding of marketing funnel principles, audience
selection and end to end campaign management. Performance tracking and reporting will also be part
of this role.

Marketing Executive
· Campaign planning, execution and reporting. You'll know your way around multi-channel marketing
campaigns that deliver real results;
· Conduct market research into key target audiences to identify trends and competitor activities,
informing future marketing initiatives;
· Create engaging content for marketing materials, which may include website copy, social media
posts, emails and longer form assets;
· Collaborate with our in-house designer to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other
multimedia content;
· Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise marketing
spend and achieve KPIs
· Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate
leads
· Manage the lead funnel by optimising our lead scoring, routing, nurturing, data hygiene and lead
recycling process
· Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager, Director of Demand Generation, and wider Sales
team on new campaigns and initiatives that drive qualified leads and pipeline
· Develop marketing emails and automation workflows using HubSpot and Salesforce CRM
· Implement a/b testing, personalisation, and dynamic content within email sends
· Create forms and nurture flows for the website using HubSpot
· Implement Landing Pages for events and white papers
· Measure and advise on the optimisation of email sends and lead nurturing campaigns with a focus
on driving better engagement, efficiency, and scalability
· Become our HubSpot champion, advising the business on best practices relating to data
management, marketing automation, email marketing, and conversion optimisation
· Execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to help larger deals move through the pipeline
Our ideal candidate will have

Alignment with our core values (G.R.A.F.T.)

1-3 years B2B client-side experience with an understanding of financial services (marketing to, or
working for)
·
A good understanding of email marketing and automation workflows (HubSpot)
·
Solid understanding of Salesforce and the connectivity with automation platforms such as
HubSpot
·
Analytical with the ability to measure the performance of campaigns, interpret data and make
recommendations to improve results
·
Clear communicator. You'll be working across multiple campaigns/projects talking to a variety of
stakeholders, so you've got to be clear and consistent with your communications both written
and verbal
·
Able to handle complexity. With multiple projects/campaigns on the go at any one time you've
got to have the mental agility to be able to switch from one thing to the next and be comfortable
managing your own energy and time to do so
·
Idea generator. You'll need to be able to throw plenty of ideas into the mix (and then be able to
bring these to life)
·
Copywriting chops. You've got to be able to create engaging copy that will be used to weave a
compelling narrative, tell a story or drive an action.
